Our work begins by understanding what you would like to accomplish. Frequently this means standing side by side with the customer to visualizing the garden's potential and developing design concepts. Sustainable landscapes with lower maintenance costs are common goals which we can acheive.

Customer Service Policies

Our first meeting is without cost or obligation to our customer. Design fees are quoted based upon the complexity of the project. All work is preceeded by a written agreement. Work is scheduled and completed in a timely and professional manner. From start to finish we will listen, provide frequent progress reports, and do all that we reasonably can to provide complete customer satisfaction.

Don holds a Batchelor's Degree in Ornamental Horticulture from Virginia Tech. This dedicated professional brings over 25 years of design and construction experience and a smile to each new landscaping project.
